If I could give them zero star rating i would! Avoid at all costs! . They will be quick to come out to measure up and book you in for your job but that's where the good service ends . We had one of our uptown gloss plank fitted chipped on the 26/6/22 we notified them of this right away and were still waiting for it to be replaced . Despite me contacting them weekly and being told by them that their waiting on stock etc . They are now just ignoring me in the hope I get fed up chasing them. They have now blocked me on Facebook so that says all . Not happy with the negative review. I will be contacting trading standards through citizens advice consumer services to take this further.
