Neil's Dog Walking

was in a funeral procession for my mother in laws funeral today when all of a sudden on queensferry road Neils dog walking van began aggressively and excessively honking the horn behind the funeral car which was full of grieving loved ones, including the two daughters of the deceased. He then overtook the procession, over the speed limit, and gave the driver of the vehicle a masterbation signal with his hand before taking off recklessly. If this is how Neil treats strangers on the road, let alone a grieving family, I hate to think how a dog would be treated. Furthermore, I very much hope there were no dogs in the van at the time as they would have been thrown around due to the poor and aggressive manner of driving. A man with such unwarranted anger and such thoughtlessness should not be looking after animals.
