Would not use. Taking to Simple Process Court and reported to Trading Standards. We took out a contract with Paul Laurie to do the external windows and fascia of 2 houses (mine and my neighbours). However, due to multiple cancellations, we agreed to part ways and get someone else. He is yet to refund our deposit and has stopped communicating. As such, we are bringing him to court to retrieve our money. Would not recommend.

As with previous reviews refused to refund deposit after securing 25% deposit from us upfront!! When we asked for refund was verbally aggressive in manner and refusing!!! Save your hard earned pennies.
