The Park Nursery

One of the worst nurseries out there. Do not bring your child to this nursery! The manager is so rude, disrespectful and snappy towards staff and parents. Children and staff ratios are NOT being met. I have heard great things about the staff, unfortunately bad things about the manager and the owner. Staff are treated horribly, they are underpaid and under a lot of pressure. I know someone personally who worked in this nursery and they said it was the worst time of their life. Staff are left in a room alone by themselves or with one other staff member and at times left with 6+ amount of children over ratio! The manager is so fake and puts on a big smile when she can in front of parents/visitors. My heart feels so sorry for the children, they are at risk every single time their parents take them into this nursery and the parents have no clue how short staffed the place really is. I would avoid this nursery at all costs, do not be fooled. It is all an act, staff have to put on a big smile and pretend everything is ok when visits come through the door. I am really concerned for the children at this nursery and I pray that something gets done about this situation. I could go on and on as I have so much more to say about this nursery and management, I am just surprised this nursery is still opened! PLEASE, parents out there be really cautious before even considering putting your child into this nursery.
